Hi, I’m Shelby, RDH.

I’ve been a dental hygienist since 2010, and throughout my career I developed a strong passion for airway health, breathing, and how oral function impacts the entire body.

Over the years, I began to see a pattern- patients struggling with clenching, TMJ discomfort, mouth breathing, and poor sleep, often without clear answers. That is what led me to pursue myofunctional therapy.

Today, I focus on helping improve breathing patters, reduce TMJ symptoms, and support long-term airway health through personalized, guided therapy.

Even after treatments like night guard, CPAP, or septum surgery, the muscles and habits still need to be retrained- and that’s where myofunctional therapy makes the difference.
